Our harvia heaters offer the abilty to have a dry heat sauna or a steam based sauna. With a myriad of health benefits between the two options, our traditional range offer it all.
We use 38mm thick premium Canadian cedar. This sauna can be oiled or left raw to suit your environment you are placing it in. No cover is needed is needed for this sauna
Our outdoor saunas have a rubber waterproof shingle roof to direct water away from the sauna. You can leave this sauna outdoors with no cover.

YES! The Pod is made from only the finest materials and will stand up to a lot of use. In fact our Pod range is already in some of Australia's premium sauna establishments.
This sauna is made from 38mm thick premium cedar and with commercial grade heating elements which are designed to be run all day.
If you are looking for a sauna for your wellness center or gym or just wanting the best quality sauna for your home than the Retreat is the sauna you have been looking for.
Saunas are actually very low maintenance.
To keep your sauna looking brand new we always recommend to lay a towel down on the bench and floor when using the sauna to soak up your sweat.
Once you have finished your sauna simply give the sauna a wipe down with a medium damp cloth/towel to avoid any leftover unsightly sweat stains if left uncleaned.
We also highly recommend to NOT use cleaning products. Cedar has a beautiful smell and the smell from chemical cleaning products can last in the fibers of the cedar for a long time. Plus we have gone to a lot of effort to keep these saunas toxic free for a reason.
There is a long list of clinically proven health benefits from using an traditional sauna regularly.
This is also based on the heat you sauna at. Your body will tell you when is enough. But between 20-40 minutes depending on the heat.

We recommend to use the bucket and ladle and carefully pour water onto the stones.
There is no need to flood the sauna with water. These heaters are heavy duty and create intense heat. So go slowly with the water.
The Nordic Pod uses only the highest quality cedar with a waterproof roof. It is one of the only outdoor infrared saunas in the country that doesn't require a cover to be able to use.
