Refund | Return Policy

Refund or Return Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopen and in its original packaging with no damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Further to this, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the return item yourself to our Brisbane or Melbourne Dispatch center.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In the case of a 'change of mind' once your refund is approved, you will be refunded the full cost of the product minus the shipping expenses (which will be sent to you via a formal invoice from our delivery partner).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please take a photo of the item before opening the box if the item looks damaged.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or used items with no fault.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@nordicwellness.com.au

 

Weather damage

We will not accept a refund on saunas or ice baths with weather damage. These products are not weather proof and are designed to either be kept indoors or undercover outside away from natural elements. 

If you have purchased an outdoor unit, the timber requires relevant treatment Bi Annually to maintain the health of the timber. If the timber is damaged from weather it means the product has not been maintained, which includes cleaning, and timber treatments for the relevant timber.

 

Faults

Nordic Wellness is dedicated to delivering premium health and wellness products to our customers. If you suspect your product has a fault or is damaged in any way. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number/receipt and clear details of the fault. Should the fault be deemed a manufacturer fault, Nordic Wellness will offer a fair and reasonable solution which may include a technicians review/repair/replacement of parts/product.
