How does the shipping of my sauna work?
Transforming your wellness space with a new sauna or ice bath may seem like a big step, but rest assured, we’re here to make it effortless for you. At Nordic Wellness, we prioritize your experience from start to finish. From the moment your order is dispatched to the final stages of installation, our team will be there to assist you at every step. Whether it's coordinating delivery, providing assembly guidance, or offering post-installation support, we've got you covered.

The Process
What to Expect: Your product will be delivered directly to your nominated address packaged securely on Pallett and placed in any room that a pallet can be accessed by. If being installed we will install in any room of your choice, ensuring a hassle-free assembly experience.
Packaging Details
Saunas are carefully flat-packed in easy-to-handle cartons, and securely transported on a sauna pallet. ice bath's will arrive in a secure crate, with only the hosepipes from the chiller needing to be attached.
Your Responsibilities
If no one will be available to sign for the delivery, please provide authority to leave (ATL).
- If an alternative delivery address is required, kindly inform us.
- For business properties, please provide the business name and operating hours.
- We don't advise on agreeing to doing an ATL. As we do not cover you for theft or water damage if there is not a safe place to leave your sauna.
Damages
Please take photos of any damages and advise our customer support team before opening any damaged carton.
Shipping Timeframes
For Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne Metro suburbs we shipping time frames are 7 days for in-stock items. All other areas are 14 days for in-stock items.
