Your sauna comes with a bucket and ladle to carefully use on the Harvia heater to reach your optimal temperature.

This sauna is made from double thickness premium Hemlock, insulated with highest quality PIR foam and with the harvia heating elements which are designed to be run all day.
If you are looking for a premium quality sauna for your home than the Zen is the sauna you have been waiting for.
Saunas are actually very low maintenance.
To keep your sauna looking brand new we always recommend to lay a towel down on the bench and floor when using the sauna to soak up your sweat.
Once you have finished your sauna simply give the sauna a wipe down with a medium damp cloth/towel to avoid any leftover unsightly sweat stains if left uncleaned.
We also highly recommend to NOT use cleaning products. The smell from chemical cleaning products can last in the fibers of the timber for a long time. Plus we have gone to a lot of effort to keep these saunas toxic free for a reason.
There is a long list of clinically proven health benefits from using a sauna regularly.
This is based on an average sauna session of 20-45 minutes at 55-80 degrees for 4+ times per week.
A Traditional heater is designed to heat the air around you causing a form of active sweating.
The two most popular methods are Dry heat and Steam based Heat.
If choosing the dry heat method, simply turn your heater on. Do not use water for this method and simply let the sauna stones do the work.
If you opt for the steam-based heat than use your bucket and ladle and slowly and progressively ladle on the water small amounts at a time until you reach your desired temp.
