YES! The retreat is made from only the finest materials and will stand up to a lot of use. In fact our retreat range is already in some of Australia's premium sauna establishments.

This sauna is made from double thickness premium cedar and with commerical grade heating elements which are designed to be run all day.

If you are looking for a sauna for your wellness center or gym or jsut wanting the best quality sauna for your home than the Retreat is the sauna you have been looking for.

Saunas are actually very low maintenance.

To keep your sauna looking brand new we always recommend to lay a towel down on the bench and floor when using the sauna to soak up your sweat.

Once you have finished your sauna simply give the sauna a wipe down with a medium damp cloth/towel to avoid any leftover unsightly sweat stains if left uncleaned.

We also highly recommend to NOT use cleaning products. Cedar has a beautiful smell and the smell from chemical cleaning products can last in the fibers of the cedar for a long time. Plus we have gone to a lot of effort to keep these saunas toxic free for a reason.

There is a long list of clinically proven health benefits from using an infrared sauna regularly.

This is based on an average sauna session of 30-45 minutes at 55-60 degrees for 4+ times per week.

We have spent a lot of time in design, research and development and testing to get the best possible outcome for all the nasties some of the other brands have.

The types of materials we use, the method of construction and the design of our blocking materials is second to none.

We also dont use ceramic in our heaters, we are one of the only sauna companies in the world using Mica. Not only does this give us virtually a Zero emf reading, its cheaper to run, heats up quicker and more evenly than ceramic based heaters.

On top of this we also get independent third party testing done on our heaters to ensure our levels are the lowest on the market.

We also test every batch with our on machinery before leaving our warehouse to make sure it's free of nasties.
